“Zoom Rooms calendaring integration relies on the Microsoft Graph API (MGAPI).”

Connecting Zoom Rooms and/or third-party conference rooms with your Microsoft 365 calendars (Zoom Library) (2026-06-24), read 2026-10-15.

What to do. Zoom Rooms calendars connect through Graph with application permissions, Zoom's recommended method. The EWS options are legacy and EWS impersonation is unsupported. Rooms still on an EWS connection need the Office 365 calendar service re-added with Graph API selected; keep the old app on EwsAllowedAppIDs until then.

Application IDs

This site lists no fixed application ID for Zoom. Look up an ID from your EWS usage report on the home page, or find the name behind it in Entra, under Enterprise applications.

Every app in your tenant

The tenant plan reads your EWS usage report in your browser and matches each app against these statuses and your current allow list. All vendor statuses.
