Terms of service

Effective 14 October 2026.

Who we are

ewsappid.com is run by Brendan Patrick Nolan-Cattanach, a sole proprietor in the United States ("we", "us"). Contact: support@ewsappid.com.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

What you get

The free lookup and the paid tenant plans described on the pricing page. A tenant plan is licensed for one Microsoft 365 tenant, and the MSP bundle for ten. We do not see your tenant, so this is a licence term we trust you to keep. A plan works in your browser right after purchase, and you can load a report again at no extra cost until 1 April 2027 to see the latest vendor statuses.

What the information is, and is not

Every entry comes from public sources, which we link. Vendors change their plans and Microsoft changes its dates, so entries can be out of date or wrong. The service is information to help you plan. It is not advice, and it does not change anything in your tenant. Check a change against Microsoft's and the vendor's own documentation before you make it, and test allow-list changes before you rely on them.

ewsappid.com is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Exchange and Entra are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Other product names belong to their owners.

Your use

You may use plans for your own organization or, for MSPs, for the tenants you manage. Do not resell or republish the database, scrape the site in bulk, or try to get around the purchase.

Business use

The service is for use by organizations and the people who manage their Microsoft 365 tenants. You confirm you are at least 18 and acting for an organization.

Ending access

We may stop serving a buyer who breaks these terms. After 1 April 2027 the paid plan may be withdrawn. The CSV you downloaded is yours to keep.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim concerns. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and disputes go to the courts there, except where the law of your home country gives you rights that cannot be taken away. Your purchase contract is with Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Changes do not affect plans already bought.
