What to do. Free/busy lookups between Zoho Calendar and Exchange Online stop for Azure apps that still rely on EWS. Add the Microsoft Graph application permissions to the Azure app: Calendars.Read for users, plus Calendars.ReadWrite, Place.Read.All and Schedule.Read.All for rooms and resources. Zoho asked for this by 30 September 2026.

What to do. Only In-Place Archive mailbox migration uses EWS; mail, contacts, calendars and shared mailboxes are not affected. To migrate archives after 1 October 2026, set EwsEnabled to True and add Zoho Mail's Application (Client) ID to EwsAllowedAppIDs. After 1 April 2027 archive migration through EWS is no longer supported.
