“we are transitioning functionality that currently relies on EWS to the Microsoft Graph API”
Microsoft's retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS) - Zensai Help Center (2026-09-16), read 2026-10-25.
What to do. Zensai is moving EWS-based functionality to Microsoft Graph. Only organizations that use the Select room feature are affected and they had steps to complete before 1 Oct 2026, described in a linked Zensai article. Organizations that do not use room selection need no action.
