“you can manually select to switch over to MS Graph for any existing configurations that use EWS”
TotalAgility 7.11.0 Release Notes, General enhancements (Tungsten Automation), read 2026-10-27.
What to do. TotalAgility 7.11 replaced the EWS APIs in its Exchange integration with Microsoft Graph APIs. After upgrading from 7.9 or 7.10, select "Switch to MS Graph" and the OAuth server for MS Graph on each existing EWS configuration; email processing then needs Graph scope permissions. Older versions must upgrade first.
