What to do. ContentAccess 7.3 uses EWS for Microsoft 365 by default. The switch to Graph is not automatic. Add the Graph application permissions to the Entra ID app, then edit each Microsoft 365 connection from M365 with EWS to M365 with Graph. Graph support is in preview. It cannot archive public folders yet and in-place archive access depends on Microsoft.
