What to do. SysAid calendar sync offers OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft 365, which uses Microsoft Graph permissions, beside EWS and MAPI. Switch the sync protocol to OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft 365 and register the Entra app the page describes.
