“Active Backup for Microsoft 365 has migrated Personal Mail, Personal Calendar, and Contacts to the Microsoft Graph API.”

What to do. Version 3.0.0 (20 August 2026) moved personal mail, calendar and contacts backup to Graph. Archived mail, group mail, group calendars and China-region tenants still use EWS, so keep each backup task's app ID on EwsAllowedAppIDs. Mail restores now use Graph and need MailboxItem.ImportExport.All. Synology may drop the EWS-only services if Graph never supports them.
