What to do. Spanning still reaches mail and calendar over EWS; error 10003 with a 403 means EWS is blocked for the mailbox or tenant. Enable EWS for the mailbox and tenant, keep the Spanning app on EwsAllowedAppIDs, then reauthorize Spanning and wait 24 hours.
