Sign In Solutions and the EWS retirement
Microsoft Graph migration status from Sign In Solutions's own notices. Last checked 2026-10-21.
Sign In Solutions Planner (formerly Pronestor Planner)
- Status
- Moved to Microsoft Graph
- Date
- 2026-02-27
“Once EWS is disabled, calendar synchronisation and booking management will no longer function.”
EWS Retirement - Migrate to Microsoft Graph before October 1, 2026 (Sign In Solutions Planner help) (2026-02-27), read 2026-10-21.
What to do. Planner has a Microsoft Graph version. Customers still on the EWS version must ask Sign In Solutions to move them (quote "EWS to Graph migration"); on EWS, calendar sync and booking stop once EWS is off.
Sign In Solutions Display (room displays)
- Status
- Moved to Microsoft Graph
- Date
- 2026-06-24
“If your Display solution is connected via Planner directly, you do not need to migrate.”
Connecting Display to Microsoft 365 with Microsoft Graph (Sign In Solutions help) (2026-06-24), read 2026-10-21.
What to do. Display connects through Microsoft Graph by granting the "SIS Display - Graph" app. A Display connected through EWS stops reading room calendars once EWS is off. A Display connected via Planner needs no migration.
