“Sage CRM has fully transitioned from Exchange Web Services to Microsoft Graph”
Sage CRM 2025 R2: Contact and Task Synchronization for Microsoft Exchange Online (2025-12-01), read 2026-10-25.
What to do. Sage CRM 2025 R2 moved the Exchange Online integration from EWS to Graph for appointments, contacts and tasks, using OAuth 2.0. Upgrade to 2025 R2 and set up the Graph integration with an Entra ID app registration. Customers on Exchange Server on-premises can keep the EWS integration.

Application IDs
This site lists no fixed application ID for Sage. Look up an ID from your EWS usage report on the home page, or find the name behind it in Entra, under Enterprise applications.
Every app in your tenant
The tenant plan reads your EWS usage report in your browser and matches each app against these statuses and your current allow list. All vendor statuses.
