“Robin accounts created before September 2023 use EWS.”

Migrating to Graph API from EWS (Office 365) (Robin Help Center) (2026-09-25), read 2026-10-21.

What to do. Office 365 offices whose Robin account was created before September 2023 use EWS and must move to Graph unless they already have; Graph API customers are not affected. A Microsoft global admin migrates the connection through an Enterprise app with Robin's Microsoft Graph migration tool, and can limit scopes with RBAC.
