“If your Rise Up calendar sync currently runs over EWS, it must be migrated to Microsoft Graph”
Migrating Your Outlook Integration from EWS to Microsoft Graph (Rise Up Support), read 2026-10-25.
What to do. Rise Up calendar sync that runs over EWS must move to Microsoft Graph; the existing Office 365 connector is upgraded in place with the same app registration. A Global Administrator adds the Graph permissions Calendars.ReadWrite, Place.Read.All and User.Read.All with admin consent, and allow-lists the app for EWS until the switch. Then click Verify permissions and start migration under Settings > Developer > Calendar synchronisation. The switch is one-way.
