What to do. One-touch join profiles that read room calendars over EWS with application impersonation must be rebuilt to use the Graph API. Microsoft removed the impersonation role in February 2025. Create the Graph-based OTJ profile and rules in Pexip Infinity, move endpoints to it, then delete the old EWS-based profile.
