“v11.2.3 30 September 2026 Microsoft Graph API support for Exchange Online”

Release Notes (NAKIVO Help Center), read 2026-10-14.

What to do. Update to v11.2.3 or later and set system.o365.mailbox.api.mode to graphonly; the default stays ews. Graph mode skips public folders, in-place archive and contact lists, so keep the app on EwsAllowedAppIDs until you switch.

This site lists no fixed application ID for NAKIVO. Look up an ID from your EWS usage report on the home page, or find the name behind it in Entra, under Enterprise applications.

Every app in your tenant

The tenant plan reads your EWS usage report in your browser and matches each app against these statuses and your current allow list. All vendor statuses.
