“Starting with version 26.1, new archiving profiles for regular mailboxes use the Graph API.”
EWS Migration - MailStore Server Help (2026-06-01), read 2026-10-21.
What to do. From version 26.1, new archiving profiles for regular mailboxes use Graph, but archive mailbox and public folder profiles still use EWS; from 26.2, export profiles use IMAP. Grant Mail.ReadWrite and IMAP.AccessAsApp to the Entra ID app and convert old profiles with the Microsoft 365 Profile Conversion Tool. EWS profiles keep working after October 2026 only if EWS access is configured for them, and stop in April 2027.

Application IDs
This site lists no fixed application ID for MailStore. Look up an ID from your EWS usage report on the home page, or find the name behind it in Entra, under Enterprise applications.
