“Connectors created after release 10.19 are already ready and require no action.”
EWS to Microsoft Graph API migration: What it means for your Exchange backup (Keepit help center), read 2026-10-21.
What to do. Keepit moved Exchange backup from EWS to Graph. Connectors created before Keepit release 10.19, or with Exchange added later, must be reauthenticated from the Connectors page; until then Exchange backup stops. Public Folder backup and restore stopped in October 2026.
