Farewell EWS - Here's what happens next - Imagicle, read 2026-10-25.
What to do. From the Imagicle Winter 2026 release the apps move off EWS. The Office 365 calendar integration uses Microsoft Graph. Email sending in Call Analytics, Call Recording, Advanced Queueing, Auto Attendant and Digital Fax uses SMTP and IMAP with OAuth 2.0. Customers must reconfigure before October 1, 2026, following Imagicle's knowledge base. The post is dated 12 March 2026.
