“We took the decision to move off EWS to the Microsoft Graph API”
Moving Off Exchange Web Services (EWS) to the Microsoft Graph (2026-08-31), read 2026-10-25.
What to do. Ideagen Mail Manager moved its email operations (saving emails and attachments to SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, and email categories) from EWS to Microsoft Graph; the majority of its API calls now go to Graph. No customer step is named.
