“We are transitioning from Exchange Web Services (EWS) Delegate Access to Microsoft Graph Delegate Access.”

EWS transition to Microsoft Graph, read 2026-10-25.

What to do. Teem's Office 365 calendar account moves from EWS Delegate Access to Microsoft Graph Delegate Access. The customer asks Eptura support to enable Graph Delegate, then clicks Re-authenticate Account on the calendar account and enters the service account's credentials; delegate functions then run through Microsoft Graph.
