CyberFortress Microsoft 365 backup (Veeam-based)

Status
Migration announced
“until Veeam releases a build that completely retires EWS in favor of the Graph API, your tenant needs to permit it.”

Action required: Microsoft's EWS retirement will stop your Microsoft 365 mailbox backups, read 2026-10-25.

What to do. Platform still uses EWS; tenants must allow-list its app IDs until the Veeam build that uses Graph is released. EWS withdrawn completely 1 April 2027.
