Cronofy and the EWS retirement
Microsoft Graph migration status from Cronofy's own notices. Last checked 2026-10-21.
Cronofy calendar sync (Individual Connect and Enterprise Connect)
- Status
- Moved to Microsoft Graph
“Individual users need to reauthorize their calendar via Graph API.”
Deprecation of EWS for Exchange Online (Cronofy Docs, Calendar Admin FAQs), read 2026-10-21.
What to do. Cronofy connects to Microsoft 365 through Graph. Individual users reauthorize from the migration link Cronofy emails them; an Enterprise Connect admin runs the Migrate from EWS to Graph API flow, which creates a Graph service account. Set the same access limits on the new account first.
