What to do. Only Sent Items Update used EWS; adding signatures is not affected. Customers on the EWS version of Sent Items Update must reconfigure it to the Graph version. Hybrid customers on Email Signatures On-prem must update the program and reconfigure it.

What to do. New versions connect to Microsoft 365 over Graph, but archive mailbox and IMAP migrations are not supported in them yet. Finish jobs on versions before 3.3.x before installing the Graph version. To keep using the EWS version until 1 April 2027, enable EWS and add the CodeTwo migration app to EwsAllowedAppIDs.

What to do. Install the new Graph version over the current one and reconfigure each Exchange Online connection to use Graph. Archive mailbox backup and restore is not in the Graph version yet. Stay on version 2.5.x for on-premises Exchange.
