“If your current calendar platform is using the legacy EWS approach you will need to move to Microsoft new Graph API”
Moving from legacy EWS to MS Graph Calendar Platform, read 2026-10-25.
What to do. CleverLive room booking panels on the legacy EWS calendar platform must be moved to the Microsoft Graph platform. Note the rooms first: after the switch, calendar access is re-authorised for Graph, the rooms are re-added in the Room Booking administration screen (a room missing from the list needs delegate access for the room admin account in Outlook), and each room is assigned to its panel again in CleverLive's presentation setup tool.
