“Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service migrates from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Microsoft Graph APIs for Office 365 integration.”

Release Notes for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 15SU4a and the IM and Presence Service Release 15SU4 - Cisco (2026-03-17), read 2026-10-22.

What to do. From Release 15SU4, IM and Presence reads Office 365 calendars over Microsoft Graph for In a Meeting and Out of Office presence. The upgrade changes standard commercial and U.S. Government EWS endpoint URLs to Graph URLs. Integration with on-premises Exchange keeps using EWS.
