What to do. The built-in SCSM Exchange Connector on an Exchange Online mailbox is disrupted by the EWS change. Move to SMLets Exchange Connector version 6, which uses Microsoft Graph. Create an Entra app registration with Graph permissions and remove the legacy EWS permissions. Cireson offers a paid migration.
