BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server (BEMS) and BlackBerry Work notifications (Exchange Online)

Status
Migration announced
“all Microsoft 365 users must be migrated before Microsoft disables EWS starting October 2026 to avoid interruptions to users' email notifications.”

What's new in BEMS - BlackBerry Documentation Center, read 2026-10-25.

What to do. BEMS 3.9.3.2 (October 2025) added a switch to Microsoft Graph. Turn on Use Microsoft Graph (on-premises: Mail > Microsoft Graph; BlackBerry UEM Cloud: Settings > BlackBerry Dynamics > Email notifications > Microsoft Graph). BEMS then moves Microsoft 365 users from EWS to Graph at 50 users every 5 minutes. Do this before Microsoft disables EWS.
