EWS API deprecation in Exchange Online - Automation 360 - Automation Anywhere, read 2026-10-25.
What to do. Automation 360 bots that use the Email package or Email trigger with the EWS option are affected in Exchange Online. Automation Anywhere released a Microsoft 365 Outlook package (Graph-based) with Automation 360 v.29. Update the Bot Agent to 21.250, run Bot Scanner to find bots with Email actions using the EWS option, replace each with the Microsoft 365 Outlook action, and test.
