“AskCody's upgrade to Microsoft Graph, Microsoft's modern and supported API, is now released”
The Upgrade from EWS to Microsoft Graph Is Here (2026-03-03), read 2026-10-22.
What to do. AskCody's Graph upgrade is released, and AskCody runs it for each organization once the Graph permissions are granted. A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator grants them in the AskCody Management Portal or through the consent link in AskCody's email. Without them the integration stops working when Microsoft's EWS block reaches the tenant.
