Impact of Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS) Retirement to Arctera Unified Platform, read 2026-10-25.

What to do. Arctera says its platform is unaffected overall, but customers using Exchange Online Sync with legacy authentication (PowerShell credential plus Exchange service credential) must move to the Azure AD registered app configuration before 1 Oct 2026 or may lose synchronization. Arctera is still checking for remaining EWS dependencies.
