What to do. The Sync Agent reads Microsoft 365 calendars over EWS; a calendar connected in Settings > Integrations by signing in with Microsoft does not use EWS. Connect Microsoft 365 directly, add shared calendars by email, and remove the Sync Agent calendars only once the new ones sync. Public folder calendars must first be moved to a shared mailbox or a Microsoft 365 Group.
